杀出程咬金?据称 Proton 新东主就是PSA!
早前我们报道过 Proton 目前在正积极寻找合作伙伴,之前更有消息指出Proton和中国汽车制造商吉利汽车已经达成协议,但是近日根据南洋商报透露真正收购Proton的并非吉利汽车而是来自法国的PSA集团!目前双方已经达成协议,最快将在三月正式宣布!
去年Proton向全球二十家汽车企业发出合作意向讯息,当时包括了Renault,Volkswagen,PSA,Geely等七家车厂都表示有浓厚的兴趣,早前更有消息指出Proton已经确定和Geely达成合作协议,Geely将会收购Proton位于Tanjung Malim厂区的51%股份,并且入主Proton,但是根据南洋商报的报道Proton真正的合作伙伴是来自法国的PSA集团!据悉双方将共同开发面向东南亚区域的专属车款!
PSA集团主要的市场在欧洲,但是近几年来PSA在欧洲的销售成绩节节下滑,在法国本土更遭到雷诺超越,因此PSA集团在力求拓展亚洲市场,早前PSA已经和中国的神龙汽车达成协议,在中国生产Peugeot和Citroen品牌销售,至于东南亚则是和Proton合作研发专门面向东南亚的车款,同时PSA也会协助Proton将Shah Alam COE的产能移至Tanjung Malim,并且提供Proton技术援助。
关于这点,Proton的母公司DRB-Hicom表示目前原厂还没决定Proton的策略合作伙伴,因为这个过程是非常复杂的,至于什么时候会公布Proton的最终合作伙伴?HRB-Hicom表示会在第二季,究竟Proton的主权花落谁家呢?就让我们继续看下去。。。

Both Geely & PSA have their strengths & their advantage to proton and terms condition in return are deciding factor. no pain no gain, ROI without control power nobody wants it.
Geely -own some tech n design, with volvo tech so as geely is moving upwards of branding strategy… proton may not need volvo tech, take a look at lotus is not really benefits proton much. what we look at is geely their technical transfer and business strategy to revive proton cars. So, based on business sense & capabilities we never doubt china co. can do
PSA -own tech n impressive design of their models. the newer EMP2 platform & latest puretech engine is award winning engine, is the best fit for small-mid size vehicles, in which proton n regional markets needs the most. making SUVs PSA has fair experience n look at new 3008 is impressive enough. if carefully look at peugeot & citroen cars, they are good cars from design, drivability, safety etc is above average in the same segment. Many -ve perception and bias on french cars though they made good cars. The main problem is terrible service by dealer Nasim. Nasim is damaging the brand in our market.
